Immune Boosting Smoothie

There is nothing like a good ol’ smoothie to get your day started.  Especially one that builds up your immunity.  Check out this quick easy recipe that is fit for any morning whether you have hours to spare or you are pressed for time.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Blueberries

1 Banana Peeled

1 Cup of Almond Milk (Unsweetened)

1 Tbsp. of Flax seeds

1/2 – 1 tsp. of Spirulina

1 Scoop of Sunwarrior Protein Powder (Click Here for Details)

 

Directions:

Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender.  Blend until the mixture is fully homogeneous and smooth. Find your favourite glass, pour and drink.
