Quick Detox Tip!!!

“How you start your morning sets your momentum for the day.  Many have heard the saying “breakfast is the most important meal of the day” and it is, however there is something that you can do before breakfast that can set your day off right.
As you stagger out of bed take a quick stop by the kitchen, grab a small pot and 1.5 cups of water and set it on the stove on medium temp for literally 5 minutes.  When it is done warming, grab a lemon, cut it in half, squeeze 1/2 a lemon into the warm lemon water.  Place the drink in your favourite glass, and drink it all down.
This is great for detoxifying your liver, and no doubt it gets those bowels going for the day.  Great for cleansing and weight loss!

 

EVEN QUICKER TIP
If you find that you can’t tolerate the lemon water, or you don’t have time to make this drink, definitely start off your day with a glass of room temperature water.  This will also help those bowels to move and get the body cleansing.  I challenge you to drink 2 cups, before breakfast!
